Everyone at the Hermantown location is so kind and helpful! This is my first experience at Green Goods and only my 3rd experience at a medical dispensary overall, but I was honestly kind of blown away by the professionalism of their staff. I scheduled my appointment ahead of time, so I am not sure if this is the norm or not but when I arrived I was the only patient inside the building. The controlled entry when I checked in for my appointment made me feel very safe and secure, and my products were waiting for me at the counter. The entire process was very quick, easy, painless. Speaking as someone who lives in the middle of nowhere and does not have a ton of options for dispensaries outside of a 4 hour drive... This is truly such a cool and welcoming place. Worth the trip 100%. I look forward to coming back!

This is the second closest RISE location to where I live, it is approximately a 5-hour round trip for me to visit this location. I do not drive, so I need to arrange transportation ahead of time. The selection of products is better at this location than Hibbing, but I docked a star because there is an imposed limit right now at all RISE locations that makes it impossible for me to stock up. I probably won't return to this location again in the future until this limit is lifted. I also docked a star for service, because while the staff at this location were professional they also seemed overworked and stressed. I noticed that there were at least twice as many staff members at this location than the Hibbing location, they even had a couple employees doing curbside. Despite this I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to actually purchase my products. I was not given an explanation for the delay, however I sensed the mood in the waiting room was pretty tense. I think most people had to wait as long as I did, but I cannot say if this is the norm or not for this location. I would say be prepared to wait, just in case!

I am disabled, and I do not drive. This is the closest dispensary to where I live, which is a 3-hour round trip that I must arrange transportation for. I made an appointment online the day before I arrived. When I got there, three other people were in the waiting room with me. I arrived early for my appointment so I expected to wait, but the staff appeared to be running ahead of schedule that day so I hardly had to wait at all. The staff were quick and courteous with everyone, and they offered me a choice of which discount I wanted to use ($50 off or 15% off). When I got home, I was particularly impressed with the &Shine products. Many of my symptoms have already vastly improved in just a few short weeks! I docked a star due to the fact that there is an imposed limit on purchases right now that makes it impossible for me to stock up, and a 3- hour round trip 1-2 times per week just isn't feasible for me. I will likely return once their selection expands, and their current purchase limit either diminishes or disappears.
