Between the flower and the customer service it’s always a great experience

Really not sure what to think about Cultivate from my first visit. Location is easy to find with a decent amount of parking. Facility is really clean and seems well put together. Not too much of a product selection but it's to expect as they are a somewhat newer dispensary. I had some sugar wax which was decent and the Sour D flower was actually pretty good. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Cultivate though specifically because of the service I received. Not sure if the kid was having a bad day or he just didn't want to deal with a new patient but he made me feel really unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Didn't explain anything to me at all, just basically said "what do you want?" and went right into the the transaction. Made me feel super rushed and kinda just sent me on my way, no thanks for coming down or hope to see you again. I guess I ask for a lot when it comes to customer service but when you barely have any product what else is going to get people to come back? Definitely need to step up your game Cultivate.

Overall a good visit at NETA. They have a great selection of concentrates and they do bulk discounts which not all dispensaries do. They also have the $200 new patient special which is a huge benefit. Saw a few samples of flower and they all looked pretty good, smaller nugs though. One thing to be prepared for is that the parking situation is not ideal, they have a very small lot where maybe 10-15 cars can fit and the rest is all street parking. Will definitely be returning!
