I viewed the website prior to driving over 40 minutes to purchase flower . Upon arrival I was told that I needed to make an appointment . It would have been really nice if the website made this known before I wasted my afternoon driving back and forth for nothing . I score your establishment a big zero . Thanks for nothing . You lost my business due to your lack of consideration for your customers .

This place seems to have the best selection of all of the places I have been but the product isn’t always the freshest. Definitely the best prices but still too high . The staff is mostly friendly and pleasant and the shopping experience is pretty fast and efficient but the shuttle ride across town from the remotely located parking lot is pretty ridiculous and the rehearsed speech that is repeatedly recited for first timers by one of the shuttle drivers is pretty obnoxious to listen to for the repeat customers . Other than those issues this place is about the best I have been to so far

I felt like I was at a bank or the rmv. I can appreciate that this merchant wants to provide a welcoming atmosphere but this place is overkill . I like to be in an out at my own pace . The greeter inside the store just slowed everyone down . The prices were the highest of any place I have been and though the quality of the product was nice and fresh and the store is the closest to where I reside , I will not be returning until I see indication of a significant price decrease .
