Huge bummer. This dispensary used to be the only one I would go to in Flagstaff, for the past three years. Now, the service has gotten incredibly slow and inattentive. I was overcharged $30 for flower, so I returned for reimbursement. They said they could give me credit on my account, and even one budtender told me I could afford five prerolls at that time. I decided to go back again to get my prerolls, when they told me they were still going to charge me $15 because they weren't on sale, despite what I had been told previously. This resulted in me and another long-term patient leaving in frustration, without product, and never getting redeemed for the money I lost. I don't know what's happened with this dispensary, but it's incredibly disappointing.
