When I am in need, I visit the Mint Dispensary in Mesa, and have done so for years. That ends today. Just returned from their Mesa location wherein I voiced a complaint to the manager on duty. I never complain or write reviews, but this has me heated. A handful of days ago, I stopped in the Mint and purchased several five (5) pack pre-rolls for the fabulous price of $15/pk. I intended on buying another five (5) pack today. I was informed they do not have the five (5) packs available, however, they do have single pre-rolls. Just so happens, the single pre-rolls are the exact same pre-roll I had just purchased days ago in a five (5) pack. Scratch my head moment, so I asked why. I explained that by selling the exact same pre-roll on a single basis increases the total price for five by $10. A significant amount when living on disability. When I questioned the manager, his reaction was one of indifference. It would be totally fine to lose my business. I am but a speck of sand on the beach. I was horrified by the nonchalant dismissal of my concern and business. Bottom line... The Mint Dispensary has questionable business practices. This experience has left me with a lack of trust and respect for the Mint Dispensaries. I will never set foot inside a Mint Dispensary again. If they can hold the customer over the barrel so blatantly with regard to pre-rolls of all things, what is happening in other areas of the business to increase revenue by robbing their consumers. Buyer beware , and bend over.
