Having been here once before to enjoy their fantastic 99$ dollar deal, and having been referred here by a friend, I thought the world of this place and was delighted to return. Unfortunately for my second trip. it was the exact opposite treatment, and I have now left disappointed, assuring myself I will never return. To be fair, the treatment at the facility was fine, though they continuously tried to push Blue Dream on me despite the fact that I had requested Indicas and had only inquired about Indicas up until that point. I got home, popped open a quarter, only to find that the nugs were poorly trimmed and each little nugget appeared to have a base of leaves as if it was some sort of berry. I was annoyed, not wanting a refund but at least wanting atleast some form of understanding from the dispensary, I called them. I explained the situation kindly and was placed on hold, told to wait for a manager. After a minute or two, the tender returned to the phone, only to tell me that the manager was busy, they don't refund money on weed and that this is a $99 ounce. So what Pure, you don't take pride in your product? I had received this exact deal two weeks earlier with well trimmed and cured nugs that were beautiful - for someone to be so blatantly rude for me when I hadn't even requested a refund, is absurd. My brother is a patient at this facility, but I will strongly warn him against continuing to shop here considering not only the quality, but the treatment when a customer complained about what is clearly an inferior product, and I now warn you against it to. This place may claim to have great strains - and it does have some - but you will get a sealed container that does not allow you to see your product, and if you get home to find it's like trimleaves, you may end up disappointed like me. I was so heartbroken.
