I have been a loyal Pure customer for over 3 years and every time I visit, I almost always leave smiling, and it’s because most of the staff are wonderful when it comes to treating their customers with respect and a professional attitude. However, when visiting your Bannock location today, I experienced the exact opposite from a be of your staff members, “Natalie” (brunette woman with light pink highlights). I went in to request a replacement for a distillate syringe and was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from this staff member. She treated me with total disdain and attempted to blame me for the malfunction of the syringe, which is such an inappropriate statement to say to a customer who has been consistently purchasing your products for over 3 years. Additionally, “Natalie” haphazardly placed the syringe in the paper bag and stapled the receipt upside down. I’d be happy to forward photo evidence as proof if requested.
