Bought a half oz of the Fenyx brand flower, and ended up finding mold. Spoke with the manager Joshua who was very nice and understanding about the whole exchange and was very apologetic about something he had no control over. Thanks joshua!

You guys are incredibly unprofessional. We had a cancelled order bc u guys couldn't find our place. We had another ordered cancelled bc you guys changed your zip codes and didnt post it on your website. We just had another canceled on 3/18 bc my girlfriends phone is off, and apparently it's a "high volume day" so we are expected to have our phones turned on. Our phone is currently turned off, you guys had no issues corresponding through email the other day. Why does no one at this company take any responsibility? Why is it always the patients fault? Why do you guys try ONCE to make contact and then refuse to make contact THE WAY WE REQUESTED IN THE NOTES We got a notification that's its ready for delivery, never wasdelivered. Had to call and was informed that our order was cancelled AGAIN. You guys are one of the least professional dispensaries we have EVER gone to.
