I will NEVER come here again!!!!! After the treatment I received tonight by not just ONE employee but TWO of them. One was Aileen and the other was her supervisor. A guy with dreads.(wouldn’t give me his name). I came in this evening for an order. I was told the price, which was wrong as the website had said a different price. I tried to explain this to them. Aileen gave me an attitude right from the get go! I actually showed her that the price was different than what she was telling me and this was including tax.. She wasn’t having that. She went to go get her supervisor. The supervisor actually had the audacity to start yelling at me in the store when I tried to explain that I had showed his employee that the amount was different than what she said to me. He told me by name that this wasn’t the night to have a complaint. Not only that but he told me I’m always complaining. This is FALSE!!!!! Ok maybe one time a vape stopped charging and I still had fluid in it. Anthony replaced it for me, No big deal! What I don’t get is how are employees allowed to treat people like this? I had been going there for quite some time now yet lately their attitudes have changed as this isn’t the first time Aileen and the new girl with the missing teeth have been rude to me. This is not the way to run a business! You need to retrain you’re employees to treat people with respect, not be total a-holes to them! As I said before I will NEVER come to this establishment again! You just lost a long term customer due to your employees attitudes and the way they treat people!!!!
