They have nice products, but absolutely no understanding of resolving conflicts. I've visited about 5 times. I find it easier to know what I want before I visit a dispensary.
On at least three occasions I've read their menu on both WM & Leafly before visiting. On each occasion there is a discrepancy between what's on their menu and what they have on hand.
On two of those occasions I came first thing in the morning only to be told it wasn't on hand. Here's the bottom line: their personnel would rather argue about the discrepancy rather than a simple acknowledgement or apology. I am so fucking easy to please that way.
Good meds, you can't go wrong there pretty much, but their staff needs training in customer service real bad because there are no sales, we are already going to purchase.
