Tonight I sent a pickup order in at 733. It was followed up with a call to make sure I'd be there before close. I assured the tender I would so she processed my order. I was there within 5 minutes. I was trying to help speed up the process. I was also hoping to get some disposables pens, but I wasn't sure which one's so I hadn't ordered them online. When she informed me that I was short on my allotment for what I wanted. I apologize for wanting to change my order she became very short with me. Said she'd really like to be able to go home sometime. I again apologized for changing my mind off the bud. She responded with she could have been doing something else like cleaning. I again said I was very sorry and then I asked if I wasn't allowed to come in 15 minute before 8? and if there's a cut off time. I thought you are open till 8. I get there's a process and procedures to close and I just added to it by not wanting the bud. I apologized again for making things difficult. I again said I was very sorry for making things difficult and I put a $20 bill in her bucket as a sorry for being a pain. I pointed it out stating I hoped it helped with my inconvenience her and her time. Grabbed my bag mentioned this review and left. I have never left a weed store so mad.... or mad ever. She is one of usual tenders I see. Puffy's is usually my one stop shop. So sad this was my experience.
