To the female worker with the long dark hair and the glasses, you need to relearn customer service because interrupting your customers and speaking over them repeatedly is not how you do that. I don't care what your policies are, as a customer service agent, you wait until I am done speaking, then you can say whatever you want to me. But speaking over me and interrupting me 3 times is exactly how you lose a customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars in your store. Before you, my experiences here were good enough that I began to refuse to shop anywhere else, and now I will never enter your store again. Peace be with you, I'm out

So I used to love this store, especially by comparison to the store right across the street which I did not like. And the last two times that I have gone there I have literally walked out due to standing there for 10 minutes and nobody even looking at me acknowledging me anything and gone to the store across the street which I like a lot more now. The people working here do not seem concerned about whether or not they have anybody who is in the store's business or not. When there are five girls on the clock, one of them helping a customer, a line of customers out the door, and four girls walking around looking vapid, that's when I leave.
