im a returning patient here usually everything is great i just came from 420 manchester, and as a returning patient one of your employees a while back stated returning patient can bring their med card instead of the paper copy of the rec, ever since then ive been bringing in my card as a returning patient instead of bringing in my paper rec, and i have done so for some time now, but tonight one of your employees didnt accept it and said they never did it and they dont accept the car, ive been bringing in the card for the longest, i would of brought the paper copy but they had told me otherwise and for a while they kept their word till today, ive recommended them lots of patient unfortunately they lost a customer and future referals dont be surprised if you have a slow week
