I was very disappointed in the customer service at Acres. As a med patient for a good while, I have always had great experiences at local dispensaries, until now. My budtender was not interested in explaining ANYTHING to me about their products. They weren't even sure if the flowers (that I pretty much had to insist to be shown) were Sativas, etc. She was rude and made me feel like I was just another customer shopping at Walmart. Will not go back, I prefer dispensaries that treat you like a person, not a number.
