More PDXLOVE. Megan from Shango honored a discount that I thought I had when I possibly didn't. Megan was willing to do the research even though she wasn't able to find the discount. That took company time, and Megan/Shango still honored the discount. I was able to save money. I received excellent customer service, and a discount that I probably lost.
