Gave another delivery service a shot and wish I didn't. Told them when I called and placed my order that I was using a CC for my donation. Guy gets here and has no idea I am donating with CC. Then after 45 minutes of calling my bank (which was confirmed OK on my end) and several attempts at running my card via phone failed, we finally gave up. I wasn't even offered anything for my troubles. The meds weren't top shelf looking anyways, so maybe not getting them was a blessing in disguise. Shame because I really thought Elmer would meet or exceed my expectations considering how bad my last delivery experience was. Just surprised they have so little compassion towards patients when things like this happen, especially patients who are using your services for the first time. Oh well. Least the delivery driver was a kind, polite gentleman who was constantly apologizing on his boss's behalf. Too bad he wasn't the one in charge of this whole situation, I might have gave EB another chance one day if so the case.

This stuff is fantastic.. Just never can find it now that its legal of course. I think its better than any of the cannabis cup stuff of the last 20 years personally. Skunk is stony as hell. I can't get that from any of these Frankenstein strains.

I've become a regular here, been using them since I first got my card. (Free Gram for NP). Ive tried just about everything within 100 mile radius from Prescott and must commend Yavapai Herbal for patience, fun specials, consistency, potent medicine and awesome people. Won't list off names but will say I have found not only good budtenders here but wonderful people in general who care about patients and their needs. Did I mention they're actually knowledgeable about their meds too? Out of numerous dispensaries that I wasted hours driving to not to mention the money I have wasted on extremely overpriced bunk meds have made the whole Arizona MMJ card seem like a joke coming from Oregon. Least I have Y.H. to remind me that there is still hope to obtaining good meds legally because for the longest time I swore this whole thing was a sham. Oregon still has better meds but I think if Y.H. tried some other strains that grow well here in Az and are potent like Skunk for instance, I know I'd never miss Oregon again for meds! They could have better incentives I suppose, 8 purchases gives you 1gram and thats about it. They do have good specials sometimes though. Strain selection could be better too. (Lots of indica's or indica dominate hybrids. Hard to find good sativa's) I'd love to see more old school tried and true strains like Panama Red, Alcopoco Gold, Skunk, ect. Though I am seeing better ones coming in all the time it seems, so maybe one day I will be surprised. The buds are always fresh. Presentation is always delicious , even on the worst days. (Fresh, in Jars. No pre packed crap you blindly have to buy.) I love it, if what they have on hand doesn't look good for my needs then I don't lose my money. They never push strains on me as others have done to eliminate old product, they just care about what your needs are. The flushing/trim/curing on their meds is best in AZ. Never brought home nugs that looked sad, broken, stemmy, seedy or just unappealing. They look delicious each time. All their stuff is smokable. No burnt lungs or weird taste (unrelated to strain). Everything smells good, even low grade.. Lastly, strains Y.H. has on hand always match strain description on sites like Leafly . THIS IS HUGE. Too many people here in AZ think some of us are dumb and grow garbage then label it something like Pineapple Kush or G13 and price it at AAA+ pricing. Ridiculous. Can't wait for Y.H. to get some competition so everyone else will have to adjust their meds to compete. Its not fair for patients to be lied to or have to pay outrageous prices on over priced garbage. Its time for a change and I think its starting here. Conclusion. If you can't grow your own meds professionally, legally, and are sick of running around looking for quality meds... Then join me and everyone else here at Y.H. Come in for some coffee and explore their selection. I think you'll be satisfied if you were like me frustrated and losing patience. -D PS: Special thanks to everyone at Y.H that makes this place what it is.
