*Medical Patient here! Because of the pandemic they make people order online prior to pickup, which is great. that is my preferred method. Usually of a dispensary makes you preorder you sign up for a quick acct and then place your order, choose your pickup time and you just go get your weed. Except here, you have to register and be approved for an acct before you can order. it took Brookline a week to approve my acct and I registered 3 days before I planned on going. When I called to ask why it was taking so long the person who answered the phone had a terrible attitude, asked if I was Rec or Medical, said Med and she told me I should have planned better then hungup. super unprofessional clearly don't give any care to their med patients anymore.

I've been going to Commonwealth for about 3 years now and while their flower has improved greatly since they actually started growing their own, their prerolls have been going down down down hill. I just picked up 10 prerolls and 9 out or 10 were poorly packed and closed. half the prerolls had flower falling out of the prerolls into the doob tube. 4 more just had tops barely twisted together where all the weed was loose and paper so wrinkled I couldn't even pack them back up properly. this causes the harshest of smokes. I mostly buy my weed from Greenleaf in RI now and there prerolls have never been packed wrong, they always fold the tops so this doesn't happen. I'm wasting money and flower on prerolls from CAC when everything just spills out.
