All the budtenders are solid. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, which is the biggest selection of top quality bud in Tupelo. They are on top of pop-up events, sales, and even conversation. Very personable customer service. However, the front of house workers, (security) needs to figure out a better way to handle the customer coming in twice in a day, instead of accusing someone whose been at work all day and stopped by to get some medicine. it was a very shitty experience. (more than I want to type. ) I'm keeping this a 5 star because of the budtenders and everyone else who works back of house. amazing people who uplifted my vibe before I left.
