Their products are disgusting, the staff are rude, nasty, and just there to play with weed, they have no idea what they are talking about! The specials are an absolute joke! They do NOT care about the patients at all, only the all mighty dollar! I wish this place would get shut down so they can stop ripping patients off! RUN SO FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

First time coming here, I order 2 different eighths online, to save myself some time and aggravation. Yeah, nice try. I wait for about 20 minutes after checking in, get called back to find out they did not have the primary strain that I wanted, so they just threw 2 of my second choice in the bag and called it a day. I understand that items may sell out, but communication is key! I really wish someone had text me to tell me they were out of what I wanted, so I didn't waste my time coming in! Then to top it off, the strain they did decide to put in my bag did not look like the pics online, stock photos maybe? Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. Tucson dispensaries really need to step up their customer service game. It's all about $$$ not patients!

Parking lot is small! Staff has been decent to me so far. Wait times aren't terrible, especially in comparison to some, but I tend to go late to avoid crowds. Products are ok, I don't really get excited about them, but they are close to home and have some decent concentrate deals sometimes. Flower is a bit overpriced IMO, for what it is, and they aren't doing any deals on flower right now. Got a preroll cause it was pretty cheap and I was being lazy. Wow someone needs to be re-trained on how tight to pack them! Had to dump it into a bowl, waaaaayyyyyy to tight, and only like half full lol. Overall, I'd come back though.

Terrible experience! Rude representatives, and the guy that directly helped me was just stupid. I don't mean to be rude but man it was aggravating trying to deal with him. Won't let patients in the back, don't have pictures online, but want you to guess what you might want based on names alone. That wasn't going to work for me so I asked to see a select few or I wouldn't purchase, not going to do a blind purchase where they won't accept returns! That was another nightmare trying to explain to dumb dumb that I wanted to see a few packages. I got 2 different kinds of flower and 2 different waxes. Both were the same experience, 1 was mediocre at best, and the other was absolutely terrible! The wax was awful! The taste gagged me! They did hand out warm water while we waited, so thats something I guess. I wouldn't return.

Would love if they would tell inconsiderate ass holes outside to not smoke cigarettes in-line! We are all suffering in this heat, not all of us like the smell of cigarettes and wanna be bombarded with your stench. Not too mention to do that they must take off their masks, then blow their nasty smoke in our faces, with their potential covid breath! RUDE AS SHIT! I HATE CIGARETTE SMOKERS!

Waiting room was super nice, very comfy couches to chill on while you wait. All the fridges for water were empty, which sucked because it was over 100 outside and some water would have been nice, oh well. The staff were pretty decent, the only thing that annoyed me was they advertise on leafly that F.T.P. special you can get a discounted platinum tier strain, so I found one that I wanted to try, only to be told they don't do discounts on the platinum tier at all. So why is it advertised on leafly? So I was left with having to settle for a strain I didn't really want initially. I was pleased to find out there was a shatter special going on that day, so it kinda made the trip worthwhile, but I was super bummed about the flower. I would probably go back again, provided the advertised deals I am going for, are honored!

Super friendly staff, clean location, wait time was not terrible, specials were great, that was what brought me in. Ill return for specials again, I'm sure!
