JARS Cannabis - East Tucson (Med/Rec)

From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed. I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman who honestly looked like Snoop Dogg—cool vibe and all! He set such a positive tone right away. The service I received was top-tier. Will and Curtis both deserve a huge shoutout—kudos to you guys! One of them (I think it was Curtis?) took the time to walk me through all the different THC strains, carefully explaining the effects of each one. His knowledge, patience, and kindness made me feel totally comfortable and confident in my choices. I left not just with a great product, but with a great feeling about the whole visit. Store condition: The shop is under construction and it's a mess inside. It'll look nice when it's finished though. There are no plexiglass dividers so it's more personal than talking through a shield. They need better signage so you know where to start. I made the mistake of skipping registration. Prices: The specials were priced low but the top shelf was the same prices as everyone else. People: This is where the location shines. I was actually greeted by normal humans with smiles instead of the usual wasted clerks. They were straight and engaging. Rob was my clerk and did a wonderful job helping me. They didn't take credit cards because of the remodel so I only had $50 cash. Rob helped with that and even gave me a discount. Great employees here so the manager needs kudos.

I always love going to JARS🫶🏽 for me, it is always a positive experience as I know quite a few of the budtenders from when it was called Green Med so it is always great to see how they are doing ! Kris helped me out with these Good Tide Pineapple gummies which have such good flavor and a high that creeps up on you🫡 sort of made me feel sleepy, but I enjoyed how alert and focused I would feel prior to the sleepiness hitting me. Kris was an amazing help !

I went into Jars and was helped by Elijah. When he saw what I was buying he told me that on Thurs they would be on sale BOGO. I thought that was very helpful. When he was ringing me up I asked if what I was buying was on sale today because on the website it said a certain sale price and at checking out it was a much higher amount. He said it was ringing up at higher price but he immediately asked another employee, possibly a manager why the price was different on the website. The other employee didn’t know, but he gave me my item at the sale price. I didn’t ask once he just automatically gave me the lower price. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I always get great customer service here at JARS.
