Oh my god one of my favorites! I have chronic pain, autoimmune, CPTSD, insomnia, asthma, and anxiety. I felt the inflammation leaving my body and my muscles relaxing as it set in. I have to be careful about genetics because some strains make me have flashbacks or get paranoid but no issues here!

Hated it. One of the worst I’ve tried. Just like someone else mentioned I laid in bed with racing thoughts. It triggered traumatic memories and made me paranoid.

It made me very paranoid and anxious. My CPTSD is pretty severe so it triggered that and I felt like I fell in a black hole of disassociation. It’s not for sensitive people who tend to disassociate.

Relaxing. Head empty. Good for focusing

Nearly every strain worsens my crippling anxiety, paranoia, PTSD flashbacks, depression, and my ADHD. A lot of strains also give me high blood pressure and rapid heart beat. However, this strain helps all of my mental health issues at once! It perks me up and makes me happy and talkative for the first hour, then in higher doses it helps me sleep. I can take it during the day in smaller doses without feeling drowsy or anxious. I can even take it before going to the gym as a vasodilator. I bake it into edibles and it lasts 6 hrs so I don’t wake up after 4 hrs after nightmares and sweats, like I do with heavy indicas. My doctor recommended balanced hybrids like this for PTSD.

This is an amazing indica for whole body relaxation. I feel like I’m floating on a cloud and soft things feel so much softer. It helps my anxiety and insomnia. At first it’s a more energetic focused high which helped me clean up before bed. Soon after it cuddled me into a blissful sleep. My muscles no longer feel sore from working out and my appetite is ravenous after being nonexistent all day due to a different medication.

Versatile weed! It didn’t make me feel foggy and forgetful like most other strains A great option if you have ADHD like me and need something to help you stay on task. It was also relaxing enough to help my insomnia.

This is the most relaxing body high I’ve ever felt! I have the worst insomnia that prescription medicine could never help without horrible side effects. This made my whole body feel limp as I sinked into my soft bed. I highly recommend for insomnia, muscle soreness, or anxiety.
