good service

good flower at a decent price doesn't make up for the fact that they have terrible customer service. the man that helped me didn't seem to know what he was talking about and didn't seem to know the computer they were using. two of my items were even on the reciete at the end and when questioned about it they said it was fine. but they still charged me 25 dollars higher then what the total on the paper was.
