When I purchase an eighth, I expect it to weigh 3 1/2 g. I don’t think that’s too much to ask. I didn’t appreciate that when I called in after I got home and weighed my almost 8th that the person who answered the phone couldn’t get any sort of supervisor or manager on the phone . It’s not the end of the world being a tiny bit light and I wasn’t upset until they couldn’t get a manager on the phone with me. I didn’t even want compensation. I just wanted to point out that one of their vendors may be shorting them. Now I just won’t come here anymore. I should’ve kept going another 10-15 minutes down the road. This is what happens when weed goes corporate.

Placed an order for a 12-2 delivery. It’s now 3:20 and I won’t get my order until between 4:15-4:30. I initiated a chat 40 minutes ago to find out what happened and the agent set himself to AWAY. Thanks for ruining my Saturday. I can’t even cancel the order at this point. I call their phone number and it just rolls to voicemail. BAD BUSINESS

I came in looking to redeem my loyalty points. I spent over $1000 to get enough points to get a free diamond tier eighth. I was told that I need to spend at least the cost of the eighth to get it for free. What kind of BS is this?!?! I spend over $1000 and need to spend more money to get what I earned. This is bananas. I called the north location and was told “no problem. You just need to make a medicated purchase” which I was planning on doing anyway.

This is a great shop. Only bummer is that if you've been to one of their other locations you don't get the FTP special. The parking lot is rather inconvenient even though it's right off of the highway. Regardless of which direction you're coming from, you'll have to make a u turn coming or going. And don't plan on that u turn being easy from about 3-6 from all the mall traffic.

I placed an online order. They gave me a lesser product and overcharged me to boot. this used to be my spot. looks like you lost a regular customer. bad business. eff this place!

the $25 eighths here are better than most $45 eighths anywhere in the valley. great service!

I was happy to find a dispensary that I'm able to get to on my lunch break until I got there. The only reason I went was because they advertised 20% off today only. When I got there half of the menu was excluded. Maybe you should be more specific on your Leafly menu so people like myself don't waste their time.
