I didn't know much of anything about this new-ish shop, just that they had been trying open up in West Seattle for some time. While the space is a bit small, they make up for that with just the right balance of product display and room to both explore the stock and have your order filled quickly. I'm glad Canna's doors are finally open; while I enjoyed the roominess and friendliness of the other store in West Seattle for a few months, their budtenders have seemed more youthfully exuberant than knowledgeable. They folks at Canna are also very friendly, but they are about 10 years older and therefore seem both more knowledgable and well-rounded in their experience and perspective on cannabis products. I enjoyed talking with Maryam, the owner, and I'm always interested when the owner is also a budtender. Ultimately, what matters in an owner is the quality of the shop and employees she offers her customers. And what matters in a budtender is how easy it is for me to communicate my needs to her and how informative she can be in response. Maryam does great in both regards, and assuming the products are all as good as she indicated, I will definitely be back.
