Gooberry is nice. Hits nice and makes you feel like you want to sit down but at the same time anxious to do something to fall asleep attempting. it tends to go from 2 sides of nice relaxing and other times offers a more euphoric body high that helps you feel relaxed.

one of my favorite spots when rolling through CO. Every time I roll through 'Gas n Grass' is my spot. They always have some of the finest quality the state has to offer. The Bud Tenders know exactly what's on their menu the 5 times I've stopped through. They have great extracts and cartridges. They always have an amazing selection that blows me away. I'm finishing up some carts I have still and I cant help but think how amazing it is and makes me want to drive 1400 miles to go back through just to visit the place. What I love most is they don't try and present themselves as something they are not. Which is what makes the experience so amazing. The products are always well tested, From reputable sources. The prices are great and matched very competitively to the quality of the product. They dont short you on the information. They always have one of the most diverse lineups in the area. I look at the complexity of their menu. its not just about having a bunch of strains or both sativa's, indica's and hybrids. but the complexity each brings to the table. This place isnt filled with your basic run of the mill commercial strains. They pick the quality and the unique things. Things I only have experienced through them in forms ive not experienced at others around the country. Not for lack of trying. This is what makes Native Roots so spot on in the area. Cant wait to go back in the future.

Firstly I love this little spot. Its on point. Right on the corner inside the space across from the snowmo dealership. I was actually avoiding most the shops up in the U.P. after some bad experiences. Not really bad but just underwhelming and underdelivered. Then i was told of this place. Said it blows them away. I immediately said "no way" and proceeded to hop in my car and investigate if it was true.... Here is what resulted. Its a small little setup. You walk in you are greeted with a nice clean waiting room that has several couches. From there, when its your turn you will be allowed into the display room to see the goods. its a very straight forward 3 display layout currently. With a medical case and 2 rec cases. Offering some of the best prices i have found in the region with a quality that hasnt been matched by others in the area. To the point they had a great selection for rec. They had concentrate. but no distillate for rec. Mostly due to the shortage currently. But they are working to get more and increase the offerings for Rec. So far if you compare prices they have some of the best. its not a case of getting what you pay for. Because honestly most others would be charging more. They have the jars on display. typically you see these primo manicured buds that they will showcase and the container you get is close to that. But in this case it was spot on point. Display to product. In fact i think the jar they gave me of the 99 problems was better then the viewing jar. For my first experience i ended up finding out i was dealing with the owner. it was great to see an owner focused on delivering a quality product and experience. They were knowledged, had experience in terms of understanding and recommendation of strains/effects. the overall experience could only have been made better if they had more products to sell me. But Lets be honest.... Its hard to say when you leave with an empty wallet that was full if thats a bad thing. Mostly because when you compare the quality. Its hard to walk away from the deals and selection. For me it was a "sampler experience" to find something on their menu to help my conditions. I think i achieved that and more. Now i went from 1-2 options to 4 in one go. At prices i can afford. In terms of medical qualities of their menu. While it may have a very diverse flower lineup and a limited line up for concentrates and distillates. Which at face value may seem less than the competitors. What they do provide with each product is a proven coverage of effects, strains, as well as brand quality/reputation. By having some of the best available in the state. The offset to that is a high quality product. Id rather have half the selection and have the quality be superior. Then vice versa. So to that the selection and quality are at the highest levels offered in the industry. Delivered at that maintained quality. Not to say other places dont have great stuff. But it often can be having a product for sake of a product. Then really focusing on the quality within the increased diversity. They are a budding and developing dispensary. So dont be afraid if something is missing from the experience to let them know. Dispensaries are built on customer feedback. I explained an issue i had as a non local finding the place. Found out i was able to help them fix it. This is the key to what makes a great experience in my opinion. Where you can clearly see the focus of serving the consumer vs themselves. You can see a great level of care placed in them as individuals where you can really feel the positivity. Anyone can sell flower, but its who is behind it and why that is what defines the great places in this industry for me. If you are considering coming north to experience Rec or Medical. Why driver any further and pass up this amazing location. Unless they have a medicine that is unavailable at the Cannabis Lupus Cafe. Would be the only reason for me. But my rebuttal would be, they have a medicine that can almost be comparable for most users treatments. To that point for medical patients. From what i can compare. They have the highest quality and best prices on selection for medical products in this region. Admittedly i do not come from MI but have lots of experience between the west coast and Vegas with experiencing some of the best shops the country has to offer. I know it will take years to hit that point for some dispensaries in the State of MI. But one thing i can say is this place is on its way, especially when i look at the few rec options we have. This one is currently the best. As they expand and grow i hope they continue to keep these principles alive. As we need more dispensaries in the area that are customer driven as it appears they were. From the moment you walk in i hope you will have the same experience as me where you will see that is evidently clear. So i hope your experience ends up as amazing as mine and you will come in to this place and see for yourself why i feel at this time it is the best up and comer in the U.P.

I really liked the experience when i went to Hollywood High Grade. They really take care of the consumer. They really go above and beyond with the selection and pricing. Seems they regularly have deals and other things. The thing for me about Cali is the quality is hit or miss and thats almost never on the vendor. The quality changes from batch to batch or plant to plant. Sometimes the prepackaged products for me can be a let down. But over all i was not disappointed. Because that is always expected on some level. Its clean, its straight forward. its a great simple spot to get what you need for a great price. Cant be beat. I dont like the lack of knowledge some times. or pushing classics. I like to feel wowed. I didnt really get that here. but i know enough to know exactly what i want. Gives more the vibe of going to a gas station to order a pack of smokes then being guided to a great experience. But they did attempt it and its hard to fault people when they are positive and doing their best. So not really a negative as much as something hope to see improve in the future.

I really have the same great experience from both venues I figure its time to embrace the online review era and I have to start with the dispensary that is the benchmark for every dispensary I go to. Because it was the best experience i ever had, after mediocre experiences. So as an ode to the greatest ill have them be my first review on Leafly. I have been going to essence since the beginning. Every time im in Vegas I always seem to regret if i stray away from Essence. I have experienced so many strains and have never been disappointed in their selection. I stick to extracts, distillates, and good flower mostly of the sativa variety. For which they never disappoint. Prices have always been some of the best, I always love hearing i have reward points every time i return. But lets start about the great. Great atmosphere, clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I know what you are thinking this is everywhere so what separates them. its the way it all flows so fluid, From the when you hit the door, show id, walk in wait and step, see the selection. Hear the recommendations and ultimately end up with products that never disappoint. its an experience where its never been rushed, never been hurried. They always have enough staff to take care of everyone. The vibes make you feel like you can enjoy the experience. The prices often beat other places i go to. Negatives They do run out of things that are popular, so when you go on peak times in vegas. This can get frustrating. The solution tends to be buy it while they got it. this isnt always the case, but again popularity and time of year play a large part. I know for some it can seem a little sketchy. Between the location. But i don't see it as a negative so much. Its a great spot. But i have had others comment they wish it was in a better spot. But personally im not sure where that would be. I mean "Its vegas baby". its not so much on them, but duds happen. They will usually offer solutions on unknowns. But i always am weary of the precharged/prefilled carts. I cant say that's on them. I do wish they'd stock more carts for batteries. But thats not a negative as much as personal preference. But who can complain about 10+ options every time. because every time i go here the experience is so fluid, so positive, in dozen of times stopping through. They have never let me down. For that they will always remain my number 1. Every one can be equal to, but ive yet to find a greater than. Thanks to all the people over the years that have made the experience so amazing.
