I ordered online. My order was confirmed. When I arrived at the location my order had changed due a mistake they made that was blamed on regulations. They changed my order to add items I had not ordered and we’re going to charge me additional funds. When I depressed my displeasure they asked if I “still wanted the items.” Nobody offered any sincere apology or attempt to make good despite the fact I traveled from quite a distance. Staff seemed nice, but likely should have asked for someone higher up to speak with me. I don’t appreciate when a dispensary makes a mistake and then passes on the cost of that mistake to the consumer. Doesn’t seem like how we all want the industry to work.
