NV Made has been my go to dispensary for years. I loved shopping here. I was a weekly customer but since they’ve raised their prices there is no longer any incentive to shop there. Very disappointed. Have had ups and downs through the years. Lots of great experiences with only a few issues. Unfortunately I can’t no longer recommend shopping here. Shop elsewhere.

Twice now I've wasted my time stopping in to what was previously my favorite shop. No selection.. horrible pricing on what they do have in stock.. attitude from staff who obviously think I'm an idiot. Reef cared somewhat about patients before. Now what used to be a good expierence has turned into complete dissatisfaction. Way to ruin it for your patients.

Prices up and quality down. You're making money hand over fist but you chose to punish your loyal med card holding patients. It doesn't seem like you care about patients and that's a shame. I used to love coming here.. get it together Reef!

I have mixed feelings. The staff was friendly and were familiar with their products. The flower looked really good in the store. Big beautiful nugs is what I was shown but what I made it home with was nothing special at all. Poorly trimmed tiny larf nugs most with leaves still hanging off. I will say it did the job though even if the looks didn't match what I was sold. My final gripe is about the cell phone use. I rely on Leafly to help me make choices that are good for me yet you're not allowed to access your phone while ordering. This would be fine if there was a menu or list displayed ANYWHERE in the dispensing area but there is not. Instead you rely on the budtenders telling you prices of the strains they have and being expected to remember them which doesn't work well for someone like me trying to purchase my meds. Provide patients with a physical menu if you won't allow us to have our phones for Leafly. I MIGHT go back and give them another shot, but lots of issues with my first visit. Get your act together!

I always enjoy stopping at Thrive! Anjelica helped me out with my purchases. She was friendly and puts the patients interests and needs first! I grabbed some Alien OG from Deep Roots Harvest. A variety of quality meds almost guarantees they'll have something for you. Thanks Thrive!

Usually this place is my main stop and they're pretty good about getting people in and out but with only one bud tender working on a Friday afternoon I have to say I'm a little disappointed this time. Left before even getting to go back today.. Step it up Inyo!

Had a great experience today at Essence West. The bud tenders were fun to talk to and selection was excellent. Very happy with my purchases and will visit again!
