I forgot to check my order. Came home and it was late. Went through most of it and realized it wasn't what i ordered. (it was the same just the wrong size) Went back the next day where they gave me my original order no questions asked. Very pleased. My preferred dispensary.

Made an order. Waited an hour to go pick it up, tried to used my points which i had $600 worth of. After waiting 20 minutes outside while they served other people who came after me they brought my order out with a note saying cannot use points item on sale. The item was marked wrong and wasn’t on sale. When I called to talk to a manger all she would do is offer me more exspensive things I couldn’t afford. Refusing to honor the displayed price on the website. Shopped here regularly... but will now avoid as much as possible.
