Enjoymint Dispensary is dishonest with their customers.
I placed an order and within 9 minutes called to cancel because they had already changed the delivery time. This is not a one-time issue either. They change delivery windows frequently, which is frustrating enough on its own.
When I called, the woman on the phone gave me two completely different delivery times, which already made it clear they didn’t know what was going on. I told her clearly that I wanted to cancel the order. She asked why, so I explained that the delivery time change no longer worked for me.
Instead of processing the cancellation, she said she would “check the status of my order.” Then she suddenly claimed that my order was already on the way and could not be canceled, even though the ETA she gave was still two hours away.
Let’s be honest. Anyone who orders from dispensaries regularly knows that an order placed nine minutes earlier is not already out for delivery. Especially when they had just texted me moments before saying items were out of stock and confirming changes to the order.
So the story clearly changed mid-call. They simply lied to avoid canceling the order and keep the sale.
That is extremely shady business practice. If a company has to lie to keep a customer from canceling an order placed minutes earlier, it says everything you need to know about how they operate.
There are plenty of dispensaries that treat customers honestly. I will be using those instead.
