I have been pretty exclusively medicating with these gummies! I can say that the taste and texture is very much Flintstone vitamins and less Haribo Gummy. ........ However, This is a great positive as hot cars and gummies don't mix. Well I have had 10 packs of these things and they never melt and stay in my pack all the time. BIG BIG PLUS over the sweeter varieties. The effect is up to you dose and tolerance but lasts well and is very mellow. I am still able to function and be feeling the medicine.
