Where do I even start. I’m literally so livid about what you all just pulled, that I had to pull off the freeway in rush hour on the way home from making this purchase not even 20 minutes ago. All just so I could post this review thanks to the panic attack y'all gave me. I shop here all the time so it breaks my heart that I have to come down on you all like this. So today I came in because you guys had Drip 2 gram AIO x2 for $60. And I specifically came to you guys cause you had the hardcore OG strain in the Drip 2g AIO’s. This strain which I just recently discovered helps me so much. I’m a medical patient so when I placed my order I placed it under medical not recreational. So why was my allotment not checked before you filled my order and made me waste my time coming all the way down there from where I live off 84th ave and bell. Only to find out that I’m .2 grams away from being able to get what I just drove 20 miles one way to pick up. So I wasted my time, my gas, and a significant amount of my money. Simply because I only was able to get x1 Drip 2 gram AIO for $53 instead of x2 Drip 2 gram AIO for $60. So on-top of all those other major mistakes. You also robbed me. I came in with the exact total it said on the website for my Mecidal Order Not Rec. So I had no way of paying the extra $10 to make it a rec purchase. I have been a medical patient here in AZ for over 14 years now. This by far is the worst experience I have ever had. You can not assume every order you receive is REC you need to do your jobs and check allotment. But all because you couldn’t do your jobs and check allotment before filling an order. It caused an issue like this to happen. Seriously this is just pathetic. I legit was going to go to white mountain health center today because they have the same strain in sweet science crumble today for x5g for only $50. However I love you guys at zen leaf so much that I decided against going there. Even despite the fact that there literally not even a 2 minute drive from my house. Than I placed an order with you guys and came all the way out there sadly just so you could fuck me over and send me out the door with not even close to what I ordered. I could have gotten 3g more of the same strain for the same price that I just paid you guys for x1 Drip 2g AIO. Whats sad is I wouldnt have even had to drive 2 mins from my house. Where as getting to you guys off Dunlap takes a good 25 minutes for me. Any one who’s medical please do not place online orders here. They will not check your allotment. Fill your order. Make you think everything is all good to go. But when you get there you’ll find out they did not check your allotment and nor will they until they’re literally almost finished checking you out. So if you don’t have enough allotment you’ll have just wasted all your time going down here because they failed to be compliant and do there jobs correctly. I also work in the industry so I can for sure say what they did here was completely non compliant with the state. You all seriously made me feel stupid as fuck to today. You also made me feel pressured to make a purchase as rec patient and I felt so unwelcome by this point I just wanted to leave. Sadly all this happened because of you're stupid mistake of not doing your jobs and it is straight BS. Seriously Zen leaf. What in the hell kind of business practice is this for a dispensary in an industry that demands compliance. Honestly after this experience today. Unless you guys as a company are going to fix this some how then sadly I’m not sure I’ll ever shop with Zen Leaf again. Nor will I change this review until something is done to correct this situation. I look forward to speaking with someone who can actually manage and correct this issue. Until then you guys seriously need a wake up call cause this was insanely fucked up. Anyways have a nice day! I know I won’t now because of what y'all did to me today, you know so thanks for that. So nice of you guys to do this to your customer!
