BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
Greenlight Therapeutics does not care about you as a customer! They will take your money and laugh in your face.
I purchased a cartridge 1 day ago and shortly after leaving I noticed that the cart was defective. I went back to the store soon after and spoke to the manager, Donovan who talked me in circles about how they would not replace the cartridge because the atomizer “had a reading” on some device. I explained that this had nothing to do with the issue of the cartridge and he spoke to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. He even went as far as to make me hit the cartridge outside to prove this… how unprofessional. He then went inside and called the GM, Sean who gave me the same bs about an atomizer reading and they told me they would not help me at all and that I needed to call the manufacturer. Donovan said that the manufacturer would refund the money to my account and I could purchase ANY product I wanted with that money.
After speaking with the manufacturer I was surprised to hear that Greenlight should have replaced the cartridge for me on the spot without issue. They were quick to refund the money and very helpful, unlike Donovan and Sean who wanted to disprove me at every turn, only to be wrong.
Fast forward to today when I went in to use the money to purchase a new cart. I was hesitant to purchase from the same brand so I decided I would get another. All was well until the budtender who was helping me went to get approval of the sale from the manager working, William. William came up and told me that I had to purchase a product from the same brand as before, per policy in order to use my credit. This completely contradicted the statement from Donovan who told me I could use it for anything… I spoke to William about this and he did not care one bit, and was very dismissive of it. He said he would call the GM, Sean to verify this. After coming back he once again told me that they would not honor that and I must purchase something from the same brand. William was very rude at this point and seemed as if he did not want to help me at all. He said that I can either use the money or not and that it’s a “free country” I was taken aback on how rude this was and his attitude towards the situation, especially being a manager. I expressed this to him and his response was “bad customer service would be me screaming at you” Who hired this guy to manage??? 0 customer service skills and a real tool. He then walked away and muttered several profanities under his breath in regards to customers.
At this point I was in a corner and forced to purchase a product that I did not want in order to receive the credit. The budtender was very apologetic for how the manager, William acted and said that he would do what he could to make it right.
I won’t be shopping from this store again as management showed a complete lack of respect for their customer and basically laughed in my face about it.
This business will be reported to the BBB.
