GOOD DAY FARM - East Sunshine (Med/Rec)

4/14/2024
The new location, and the new ordering process, are absolutely stupid. Why the -.-. would they make your clients enter the order on a kiosk that’s 7-10 feet from the desk? Is this WALMART with a self-checkout now?? Also, the older lesbian lady ( I am an older lesbian too so I can say that.) is so brash and rude. Every single encounter I’ve had with her has left a shitbag taste in my mouth. 🤮 I’m sorry but some people have zero business being in customer service. And last—if they are not going to allow people in after 9:50pm, (wtf? 9:50?!? I’m so sick of stores’ excuses of “our registers start automatically shutting down at 10”. Yeah sure they do. Has nothing to do with the employees wanting to go out or go home. SURE) then they need to put on Google that’s when they close. Not at 10 pm. And it’s really odd…the south and west stores have always let me in, even if it’s 9:59 when I roll up…the person who turned me away at 9:50 was…guess who?…rude lesbian! In summary, I could give 2 shits about how big your new location is, that you have a drive through (which is useless and non-existent if you don’t place your order online) and ya need to get rid of those dumb kiosks because they aren’t impressing ANYONE, judging by previous reviews. Considering you’re the only good day farm in town that is collectively and generally inconvenient, Ridiculously set up and staffed with rude people, I’ll go elsewhere. Even if it’s the south or west location, because I will not go to this one again. Whoever the GM and area managers are…y’all need to reconfigure and reformat. This is not a hit, to say the least. Oh and I’m screenshotting this, just in case you take it down, and I’ll put it back up every day. It’s not fair to take down the bad ones: it just shows the bad businessperson who runs the show there knows the negative stuff is true and is trying to hide it.

Terrabis - Springfield

This was my go to spot for a long time as a medical card holder. I was treated great . Everyone was pretty nice. It’s 5 blocks from my house. But then the shit-show that is recreational adult use cannabis hit us like a freight train in February and all the advantages of having a medical card disappeared. And at terrabis, even more so. I was promised so many advantages of being a med pat, none of which was actually true. They promised a 10% med pat discount on all purchases. Ok cool…or would be cool if they hadn’t raised all prices by at least 10%!!! There was a daily special every day before recreational took over —munchie Monday, terpene Tuesday, waxy Wednesday, thirsty Thursday, flower Friday and stock up Saturday. No more. I don’t know for a fact but I’d swear even the loyalty points were better before February. I stopped going there—and I went 1-2 times every week when they first opened until February -2023. Judging by the other reviews, Terrabis needs to quit being so greedy and get back on track. There are way too many other dispensaries that know how to treat PATIENTS.

Everyone here is so nice. The product is what it is, it’s not the facility’s fault, or the fault of the employees, that Missouri has such limited choices. It will surely get better with time. As for the person who said they paid $85 for 10 gummies—they’re either full of bull, or they got charged wrong. The Wana brand is $40 for 10 and the Robhot brand is $36 for 10. There are taxes, and they do charge a fee for using a credit or debit card; but I seriously doubt that added up to $85. All in all, a pleasant experience.
