Title says it all a compassion club that run like a fortune 500 business! I have used Planet West for 6months now consistently delivers TOP NOTCH meds and more importantly makes you feel important and taken care of. From the start you are treated well and treated professionally with the first initial call. You are greeted by a very friendly women. Who will take your info and your contacted by the delivery driver, I mean Mr. T who will contact you in a timely manner all the time and keep you up to date on when he will roll thru. If Mr. T busy he will definitely keep you informed not in the loop about when he will come thru! So relax and ease away your anxiety! Also your greeted very kindly you get to choose what med selection is available and get to see and smell the different strains. Meds are always in container that is labeled professionally! Med selection has always been TOP Notch strains that are professionally grown and taken care. There has been some hard work invested in the care for these flowers. I know when ever I do select a strain they are going to be top quality all the time and consistent. Also Mr. Mike sometimes rolls thru and he's very on point about his knowledge regarding flowers and very professional and relaxed. I'm posting this review because I really feel this compassion deserves a lot of respect for what they do regarding helping patients! There compassion club does a very good job from the TOP to the BOTTOM regarding making a compassion club run like a well oiled train. Thank's Mirage-Rob

All around great service have used these guys for months and always TOP NOTCH meds. Blue Dream Incredible as always and Aloha Berry one of favorites. Hard to make a choice do to the consistency of Top Notch Meds and service. People hating on this place posting fake reviews really ? Come on man and have some integrity! Will continue to use this service for the near future.

As a patient that was in extreme pain with my back and being nauseas due to the pain. I called looking for meds. Driver was friendly over the phone. He informed me due to my location there would be limited availability to my area. He asked for me to send my card with a text to email. As requested I did. Never heard back from him called 15min later to see if he got my card never heard back. Called and hour later no answer! Again called another hour later nothing straight to voicemail. Never got a call back period. Don't understand if this is a compassion club or just a been business to profit from patient's that are actually in pain or have medical condition's. Leaving people in lingo that actually have medical condition's that are very destructive is not cool. Communication goes a long way when running a business. Not communicating with patient's in a timely fashion does not work. Also going by the business model and name Valleywide delivery and when in indeed that you don't deliver to certain parts of the valley. People want valuable info to make there business better then this is it.
