I completely agree with RdiBndt. Their selection and quality are incredible. In person everything is fine but the mail order system is painful. Signing up was fine but ordering is like talking to a 13 year old. Whoever is running the mail order could be more punctual, professional, and quick with their replies. I'm fine with personally transferring money at the bank, but once I transfer the money I'd like a quick response indicating that they have received payment. Not have to wait hours and haggle them to get a response. Also there are no deal, no mix and matching, and you have to pay $50 for this service. Seems like mail order clients are getting the short end of the stick. Where's the love? Whoever is in charge of the mail order needs to step up their game. Please and thanks. Some people need and rely on services like this, so it would be nice to know mail order clients are getting the same care and respect as every other client.
