This place is ridiculous. first off, when you pull up they tell you to do online ordering when the stuff is only available for pick up in store, so there is no way to online order it. then when you try to pick out what you want they literally tell you that they have it and then they come back and tell you they are out. the employees are not listening to the guests at all. they're literally just typing in any order. I asked for an eighth of wax and the employee assumes that I would be okay with only a gram because they don't sell eighths but they did not inform me if this until checkout. So basically they have no inventory for a good price and the service is completely unprofessional. Horrible first time experience.
