I’m a first time customer and I’m wondering if this is a scam. I placed my first order yesterday, and I email transferred my money, which was promptly accepted yesterday. I have had no communication from the company, except one email from Brian to say the drivers are busy and a little behind schedule. I’m happy to wait and don’t even mind if it isn’t same day delivery, but I’ve sent two nice emails today just for some reassurance that this isn’t a scam, and I’ve had no reply. As a new customer, who has already sent money, it would just be nice to have some communication. If I ever hear back and/or get my product, I’ll update my comments. For now, all I can assume from the lack of communication is that Active Cannabis stole my money and this is not a legit business. Sincerely, sad and confused.
