Purchased a vape from these guys , and it was leaking. When I called to do a returned I was told that I couldn’t return with tore packaging. Asked to speak with a manager and was giving the basic information email. I wrote a manager by the name of Judy and No one never responded, so I called back to speak with a manager on shift. Which was Brad Jones he gave me no solutions or even act as if he was trying to help me.. worst customer service ever.. the regular reps are great tho... being that I’m a medical patient for 1 yr with them .... I know!!!
