A beautiful and very professional looking establishment, but I didn't understand the wait time. I waited 15 minutes, saw only two people leave before I could go in. Once I was in, I was the only one in there. The product I was looking for was unavailable. I only bought a couple of pre rolls. Both pre rolls were rolled too tightly. the joints wouldn't burn normally. Big runs on both. Also compared it next to a pre roll from my usual shop, and it looked considerably smaller. I don't know, maybe they crammed a g in there, like I said before, rolled way too tight. Lastly, I did not enjoy the fact that they take & hold my ID inside the lobby area until another person comes in and takes it with them into the next room, where they hold onto it behind the counter again. It. was uncomfortable and made it hard to concentrate on browsing. I think I'll stick to my normal place I go to where I'm in & out in five minutes and they hardly even glace at my ID anymore whenever I pull it out of my wallet. Sorry, I really heard good things about this place and really wanted to like it....
