The first time I went to THG was a happy accident. Getting there was a little more complicated, but when compared to the discretion their location provides coupled with their UNMATCHED customer service and product standards--not coming here is more of a disservice to you than it is them. The products? They're the best at what they do, with the numbers to show for it. I'm late in putting in a well-deserved review...but Lou and Brenda especially have been there for me in an incredibly caring way. Finding someone in this business that cares more about their patients than revenue is invaluable. Every staff member is a knowledgable about the industry, and the atmosphere is always very welcoming. They have fun with their jobs, and you can see they enjoy being there--which of course makes ME want to be there! To the THG crew: Thank you for everything you guys do--you deserve more than you get, but we are ALL grateful for your help!
