Last night I bought a Dr. Dabber Boost from you guys and it'll only worked for a few hours. Went to the dr dabber website and did all the proper troubleshooting for the device, and it turns out the battery for the device was a defective one. I tried to swap it out today and the guy was really rude about it, I told him previously I'd been given a hard time about another item I had purchased through there a RĒL Vape pen, which messed up on me after two days and you guys wouldn't exchange that out for me.. the guy was still really rude to me but eventually exchanged out the product for me but really made it seem like he was doing me a favor rather then offering great customer service... (mind you this isn't even 24 hours later) So I get home charge it and the new one the guy gave me didn't have a battery!!! I go back and talk to a different supervisor in there who made me feel like I was lying about it not coming with a battery after he saw me in there earlier in the day and knew I was having issues with it, he goes to the back and calls his boss or whatever and after about 15 minutes and making me feel like shit about getting yet another messed up item.... I spent $160 on this and this is why I made it a big deal to try and get to fixed within 24 hours and these guys made me feel like absolute crap about it.... I don't understand if you guys are going to sell these products why they don't come with a 14 day no question asked exchange/defective policy.. how are you gonna sell someone something for a couple hundred bucks and only cover it for 24 hours? Why would anyone want to buy anything from you especially when you guys give people grief about exchanging out defective products?? Point of the story, I spend tons of money there, am very familiar with a lot of the bud tenders and they awesome, until you have an item mess up on you and then the customer service turns to absolute crap! I will never spend another penny with you guys and will share with experience with all my family and friends!! Update on my review : so the following day I had received a call from the general manager Beth in regards to my experience at Dean's greens the previous day she had apologized to me about the situation and she was more like dumbfounded that her employees were acting this way and apologized she was very nice she was very friendly and I loved that. For my inconvenience I was gifted that Dr. dabber and Ooze Magma dab kits. Anyone who dabs know these are premium products. I am happy with the end results I've received as far as customer service but I'm afraid that isn't enough to get me to come back! I really do feel like the workers there will continue to treat people like I've expressed in this review and quite frankly I stand by what I said. Shop at your own risk when shopping here. And as always before buying get full details on return/exchange product! Happy 420!
