I had a wonderful experience recently. I went in and let my budtender, Adam, know that I had gotten some poorly rolled pre rolls and some dry bud on my last visit. Not at all my usual by the way, this place has excellent product! Adam was so accommodating, he explained to me what most likely had happened and gave me a free pre roll for my trouble. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, I can't thank Adam enough. What a great store.
