Toronto Dispensary {The}

Taken Directly from my Review on Tumblr-
"The location is great. It’s right in “The village” at the heart of downtown Toronto, meaning getting there is easy. It is a little hard to find (It’s supposed to be), But the people who work there are more than willing to give you directions if you have a planned meeting. Now we get to my first, and really only big complaint. They are NOT wheelchair accessible, and in fact have quite the daunting staircase up to their space.
Once you do finally make it up those stairs, you are greeted by a very secure door, beside which is an ultra-modern telecom to the receptionist. They use a photo ID membership card and all in all I’m quite happy with the security, It is a safe feeling, welcoming environment.
Speaking of the receptionist, inside the door there is a fairly small office set up with chairs (Which I sincerely had fun discovering had no limit to their recline, and instead just go all the way to 180) and a desk. They have a colour card printer in house, and though it seems to be finicky (I’m picking up my ID next time)(Update! I’ve gotten my card, and while the photo quality isn’t amazing, it’s certainly passable.) it’s a huge improvement to the 4-6 week wait for a new card in the mail.
The Receptionist was a surprisingly joyful person for someone who went to work without sleeping the night before (I honestly just thought she was sick of dealing with the printer, but apparently neither trouble with the printer nor sleep can keep her from being cheerful!) and the budtender was polite and Helpful, even if it seemed like he didn’t want to answer some of my questions.
Overall I love the atmosphere and staff. They have a good selection of flower and a (Pardon the pun) “Budding” selection of concentrates and edibles, that while not the best selection, I suspect will grow with time. I would recommend The Toronto Dispensary to a friend in an instant.
My overall score on the Dispensary itself?
8.5/10"
