I was so nervous the first time I went there, but was instantly put at ease by the very professional, kind and knowledgable staff. They always remember my name and my reason for being there (Crohn's disease). I, too, was encouraged to journal and it has been really helpful in figuring out which strains are the best for me. Love this place!
