My first visit at this place was phenomenal. The cute budtender was extraordinarily friendly and helpful throughout the experience leaving a great first impression. While I consider myself to be very knowledgeable about cannabis, she went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of with the multidude of options for medicating. Quality here is top notch and the prices seem to reflect that. Fortunately though there are a great deal of specials to ensure you don't break the bank. My second visit was less spectacular than the first. I originally visited on my lunch break, parked in the overflow lot as I don't mind the walk and enjoy the free pre-roll. Upon visiting, I was told the systems were down temporarily and the wait would most likely be a while so I left. I kept the pre-roll coupon and visited at approximately 4:30 PM later that day and received another pre-roll coupon at the overflow lot. After waiting a few minutes, I was taken to the back to my assigned budtender. She did not greet me when I came in and throughout the transaction seemed very short with me and to be honest somewhat rude. I asked if I would be able to use both my pre-roll coupons on the transaction. She reluctantly said "yes" and proceeded to make it seem as if she was doing an enormous favor by letting me use two free pre-roll coupons. Nowhere within the facility or on the coupon does it state a limit on the number of pre-roll coupons for a transaction or per day for that matter. The budtender mentioned I should have added the free pre-roll as credit to my account several times even after I explained to her in great detail how that would not have been possible considering the systems were down at my previous visit during the day. Unfortunately, I did not get a name for this employee as she could use some education in customer service seeing as being generally friendly does not require a great deal of effort. The budtender I had was of a larger build with long, dark hair. I would recommend this facility, but not that budtender.
