I've been going there for about a year because it's convenient. Customer service was always fine until today when when I was "helped" by an older female manager in Pittsfield. I missed a note about a pricing policy when I'd ordered online, so I asked if I could modify my order. She (and another employee) seemed most interested in blaming me for the mistake, obviously didn't want to accommodate me from the outset, said they had very little product left despite the website saying otherwise, then claimed they're not responsible for the website. When I got noticeably annoyed at her stonewalling, she claimed I yelled at her (which is a lie) and told me to take it or leave with nothing. It was like the Bill Burr bit about phone customer service representatives who don't want to help you, so they drag their feet until you get so frustrated you swear at them, then they hang up on you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are better places nearby.
