I have been a long time customer of the Human Collective. The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to make the patient feel comfortable and don't treat their questions about the products or methods new to them with disdain as some places do. It's professional and classy, I'd be happy to take my grandmother in there. The patient comes first. Interesting that these recent posts note things that changed months ago.
