a souless, pointless and boring smoke. No discernable hit and tastes like stewed spinach. Too much of this rubbish. It may have some kind of medicinal value, but i don't smoke it for that, and i doubt even that. A waste of lungs.

I'm from Holland, and there is a reason why this strain is so popular. It's a buzzy high, and you feel your whole body tingle and wanting to do something. I also get very giggly, hungry and it's great to smoke before your workout or other activities. You do need to watch out with this strain though, because if you smoke too much you will get absolutely obliterated by this strain, and you will sit on your couch trapped in your head hallucinating all kind of things. It's a fun experience, and I can definately recommend this strain if you're in Amsteram one day!

"Ammo" solid buzz

A very potent and powerful strain that offers great relief for both mental and physical ailments, including anxiety, low mood, stress, pain, and for me personally, improves symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD and depression. A few downsides are that it does not have as great of an improvement on nausea as some other strains, neither does it help lack of appetite. If you don't want munchies though, that's a pretty good thing. This strain offers a focused headspace, sometimes more on the problem-solving side whilst other times quite creative, while relaxing both body and mind at the same time. It is peaceful, but also giddy and exciting. Overdoing it can create a sleepy and dizzy effect which might be too strong for some people.

On its own, it’s a very happy, uplifting strain. Motivated to clean and organize. Having ADHD it allowed me to concentrate on one thing at a time and brought out my creativity. I was happy and a go-getter. The effects didn’t last too long, my only qualm really.

makes me v v chatty patty and sociable, on a very good high, maisie says great to start or end a party. ewan says it’s a slay bit of mary j. eve has cycled home. yaZ ain’t saying nuffink at all. peace out.

Such a amazing high, left me feeling motivated after one bowl. After two bowls I felt the heaviness of the high and found the couch.
