Very good for relaxing, and helping with pain. This strain, like a few others I also find really helps with blood flow. I do NOT recommend this strain for physical activity.

Old batch you can smell the moldy water aroma rise if you replace the oversized jar it comes in . If only it smoked how it looked . I will not be purchasing anymore Columbia care products they are always defective in some way . Sincerely- very heavy smoker
