I get a lot of anxiety from certain weed itself when I get really high. This strain however is very mellow and uplifting, great fpr anxiety and depression. My first time smoking this the flavor critique was very woody and piney with hints of cheese and berry. The moment I smoked this strain I noticed that It was like a warm blanket on all my anxiety and depression, very elevating and uplifting, a high sense of self, uplifting and relaxing at the same time. I love this strain would highly recommend.
